Application fees are $50 per adult, age 18 and older.
What is your Administrative Fee?
The administrative fee is $200 per apartment.

When is rent due each month?
Rent is due the 1st every month.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 late fee after the 3rd and $5 a day starting the 4th until balance is paid. An additional $50 certified mailing fee will be issued on the 5th.
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
Online Payments (Resident Portal), Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, and Other.
What utilities are required in the rent?
Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent. Residents are responsible for electricity.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Select units include a washer and dryer.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Washers and dryers are included in very few units. We also offer a laundry room on property.
What amenities are available for residents?
Laundry room, playground, pet stations, pool, and jacuzzi.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
We offer covered and uncovered parking. Parking is first come, first served with no fees or assigned parking.
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
No, we do not have EV charging stations.
Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
We have pet stations with bags available.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
Yes, we do have UPS package lockers. Other delivery services will deliver directly to your apartment door.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes, we have on-site maintenance available 24/7 for emergencies. Service requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes! We have monthly resident events. We post updates on social media and send updates through resident messages and emails, as well as community postings in the laundry room.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
No, we do not offer employer or student discounts.
